In the turning department, we manufacture complex components from tubes and bars ranging from Ø2mm to Ø65mm.

Chip removal machining for turning is carried out using CNC lathes with fixed and sliding headstocks.

Our machinery allows us to perform all types of CNC mechanical turning, meeting the needs of various sectors, including traditional drilling, deep drilling, transverse drilling, threading, knurling, tapping, etc.

Technologically advanced machines operating with 12 controlled axes, allowing the use of up to 12 motorized stations on sliding headstocks and up to 15 on fixed headstocks

All machines are interconnected for production data collection, part program transfer, self-diagnostics, and preventive maintenance. They are also integrated into the Industry 4.0 Management System.
